Legislative Day has remained C.A.R.’s pinnacle REALTOR® legislative event. It gives California REALTORS® the opportunity to meet and discuss real estate related issues directly with their state legislators and staff. Attending Legislative Day is not only a great investment in your business, but it also provides you with an opportunity to hear from California's most dynamic political leaders and the leadership of your state association. Plus, after a rewarding day of business, join your fellow REALTORS® at the fabulous Capitol Reception!

Legislation Day Scholarships Available!

If you have never attended Legislation Day-Here's an opportunity to go with a scholarship to assist with gas for your journey to Sacramento! Please reach out by March 15th, as the program fills up quickly. To qualify for the program, a REALTOR® member has attended Legislation Day before, you must be able to participate in a Legislation Day 101 webinar on either April 21st at 10:00 am or April 22nd at 2:00 pm, and MUST agree to attend both the Morning Briefing and the office visit itself at Legislation Day on Wednesday, April 29th.

Wednesday, April 29, 2026
9 AM – 11:30 AM – Morning Briefing – Sacramento Convention Center
11:30 AM – 4 PM – Individual lunches and legislator meetings
12:30 PM – 4:30 PM – REALTOR® Party Lounge (tentative/check time)
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM – Capitol Reception
